In the run-up to the 2023 parliamentary elections, the Confederation of Finnish Industries (Elinkeinoelämän Keskusliitto, EK) and its industry federations (Finance Finland, The Finnish Association of Private Care Providers HALI, Pharma Industry Finland, and Healthtech Finland) wanted to play a solution-oriented role in communicating together the fact that our social services and health care system is facing a serious challenge.
The current and future funding base, combined with the growing demand for services from our ageing population, can no longer endure the old models.
The main idea was to bring the key challenges of digital social and health care services into the societal debate through concrete action, to provide decision-makers with concrete tools for digitalised services and to create a positive image of the solution-oriented added value that the private sector can bring to the social sector.
Myy Agency was selected as a partner for the project, which included the design of the Sotedigi toolkit concept and its main messages and content, as well as the visual design of the final product for the 2023 election candidates, decision-makers and officials from ministries, their subordinate institutions and wellbeing services counties officials, and the campaign that will be based on it.
Our project went through several project team workshops and a wide range of case and background interviews towards a concrete, clearly crystallised Sotedigi toolkit, visually interesting and brought to life through examples.
We had succeeded in crystallising a difficult, complex and diverse set of issues into a clear, accessible and understandable communication package.
The final output of the Sotedigi toolkit has been widely distributed by us and is known to have been widely read by decision-makers. Many thanks to the Myy team for their excellent cooperation and the final product!
